I have a faulty item, what do I do?

If by unfortunate chance you manage to have received a faulty item, contact our Customer Service Team and they will be happy to help you. You can get in touch via email at magic@marvinsmagic.co.uk or call us on 01442 957892.

How do I Return an Item?

If by any chance you decide you would to return you item, please contact our Customer Service Team and they will be happy to help you. You can get in touch via email at magic@marvinsmagic.co.uk or call us on 01442 957892.

Please ensure that you state your name, order number, and reason for wanting to return.

How do I access the video instructions for my set?

Scan the QR code on the instructions or outside of the product box using the Marvin’s Magic app to access your video instructions.

I can't find my iMagic instructions?

Due to recent changes in the Apple iOS and Android OS – we have recently upgraded and combined out two main apps. The iMagic app is now part of the Marvin’s Magic App (google HERE and Apple HERE)

The QR Code Should be on back of the instructions. If you cannot find the code or your instructions then download the Marvin’s Magic app, touch the yellow section of the round logo and the scan the relevant codes.

How do I access translated instructions?

You can access Marvin’s Magic instructions in different languages by visiting http://www.mminstructions.com/languages

Select the guide you wish to view translations for then simply enter your password when prompted. The password can be found on the outside packaging of your item.

I’m having issues using my Drawing Board, what do I do?

There is a technique to this, also please ensure the drawing board isn’t very cold to touch, it would need to be warmed up before use to allow the fluid to flow easily when drawn on.
